EZ way to add lots of worms to GB w/o sorting

Not sure if I'm the first, but I found an ez way to add 100's of worms from my worm bin and add it to my GB without sorting.

1. Cut a piece of screen about 1ft x 1ft and place if on the grow bed media.
2 Take a scoop of worm laden material from your worm bin and place it on the screen.
3. Spread out the dirt to a thin layer...worms hate sunlight
4. Instinctively, the worms will dive down, through the screen, right into your grow bed.
5. Do this to various areas of your grow bed and you will be helping your GB almost effortlessly.
6. Dump the now "clean" compost to any terrestrial plant or dump it back to the worm bin.

Let me know if this works for you. I'm eager to hear if others like it too

Sorting worms took forever but this technique was quite quick and worked without making a mess.

Here are some pics of the process

Thats a great idea!  I recall Glenn went to a worm farm and told us how they harvest the worms, effortlessly, which is the reverse of your method.

Basically, they put a screen on top of the worm bin, and then put sweet feed on top and close the bin.  The next morning all the worms are on top of the screen and the worm bin is empty of worms!
current build:
Keiki Kit
150 gal rubbermaid and 90 gallon GB, 2 rubbermaid GB
160 gallon pond
2x250 gallon IBC
1000 gallon runway
300 gallon monster tank
plants: various taro, lilikoi, tomatoes, strawberry, kale, bok choy, perpetual spinach, celery, chinese parsley, basil, tapioca, red torch ginger, pikake, gardenia, eggplant,  sweet pota

Angioman, thank you for sharing! More so, with the pictorial and directions.

I've used a similar technique to empty out worm bins.
I haven't thought of transferring that technique to add worms to the GBs, only because my current system is still "young" and it's a bit early to add worms. ;)

re: Albert thanks for sharing Glenn's method as well. Both are good info! :)
